Otherwise, your house will look more like a skeleton! In a language, grammar is the structure and words are the bricks. Learning a lot of grammar but very little vocabulary won't help you at all to understand and be uderstood in that language.

The London Eye, the biggest ferris wheel in Europe, is celebrating its tenth birthday these days. It was built to celebrate the 2000 Millenium, but it was not until March 2000 when it was open  to the public. Fortunately, the British Government made it a listed building and now EMI, the music company that owns the studios, says it's not for sale any more. According to British laws, listed buildings cannot be altered or changed, especially in the outside aspect.
